"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

One for diagnosis and customer approved temporary repair to allow time to acquire a replacement unit.
Second for replacement of faulty a/c unit.
Both occasions the service tech telephoned with expected arrival, and an updated weather delay.
Services performed quickly and with no difficulties.
Costs were as quoted.
We were happy to provide a gratuity beyond the quoted price.

"Amazing technical expertise and physical strength displayed by Mr. Hall who got the water heater to second floor by himself and safely installed my brand new unit. He's also maintained my AC for the last 7 years and recently replaced my thermostat. He is also knowledgeable and able to make electrical repairs and wiring. "My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."

"This condo is located in Florida and I am not.  I was very anxious about having the work done when I was not there to ensure that everything was done correctly, but it turned out my concerns were completely unnecessary.  Dustin took care of everything; I was thrilled to find someone honest and competent to handle the many problems encountered.  In addition, he did a great job of keeping me informed.  Dealing with the City of Hallandale was no walk in the park, but Dustin did a fabulous job of handling the frustrations of dealing with the permitting as well as getting the final inspections.  
It is actually somewhat difficult to find contractors who will work in condos because their rules are so complicated and arbitrary.  AAA Construction handled all that as well as providing the necessary subcontractors to redo all the work.  Neither the Hemispheres Condo Association nor the City have any interest in making things easy for contractors. 
Ultimately, they were able to get the job finished and have the work inspected by the city so that we could sell the unit.  If you need work done in the Miami/Hallandale area, I cannot recommend highly enough that you use this company.

"We called Keys Mechanical to look at our central unit which was making sick noises and obviously struggling to cool our home.  We called them based solely on the Angie's List reviews.  As anyone who has lived in the Keys for any length of time knows, just getting someone to actually show up is a feat in itself let alone someone who is competent to do the job they claim they know how to do.  My husband called, set up a time for someone to come look at the unit and then we waited to see what would happen.  Low and behold an actual AC guy showed up, a little late but he did call ahead to let us know he was running behind.  In our experience, this in itself was remarkable.  It is not unusual for contractors/workers to show up late - after all everyone is on Key West time - but it is usually that they show up as much as 2-3 hours late without the courtesy of a call, explanation or God forbid an apology.  Oftentimes they just don't bother to show up at all.  We often wonder how they keep their businesses going without doing any work.  Anyway, they showed up, performed a diagnostic, gave us the bad but not unexpected news and then proceeded to put a "bandaid" on the unit to bridge the time between getting a new unit.  Gave us an estimate, told us the cost of the day would be erased if we purchased our new unit from them.  We did check out one more source of a new central ac unit; the differance in price was amazing.  In the meantime the "bandaid" while not perfect is certainly keeping us comfortable enough to sleep at night.  We will be purchsing our new unit from them; at that time will probably write another glowing review.

"He came the same day to check things out the same day we called but the inside unit was frozen. He told us to turn the unit off except for the fan for a few hours.
He could not service the outside unit until the weather improved. It was raining for several days.
On the date of service mentioned above, he came when he was called and performed the above mentioned services.
Since the date of service we have not had any problems with the unit.
