"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. "I am a returning customer. Tim and co did a stellar job installing my water softener. At the time when he gave me the quote for the softener, he also included a separate quote for a Reverse osmosis (RO) unit. At that time, I just did the softener with out the RO, thinking I would continue getting bottled water as I did. Fast forward to last week, I can no longer buy water in the larger 2.5 gallon cans due to high demand during the COVID 19 situation. The softener that Tim put has been working flawlessly for the last 2 years and I called NMP again to enquire about adding the RO system. They were very nice and still honored the original quote and got it done promptly. They gave me the option to install a separate faucet near the sink or have the water dispensed from the refrigerator. I chose the latter. I am glad I no longer need to depend on the stores for drinking water. Given the sudden high demand, NMP could have easily done price gouging if they were greedy. But they did not. It shows their high ethics, moral values and integrity in which they operate. I will continue to recommend Tim and Co to my friends and colleagues."

"On this particular house I purchased last year water was going into basement a lot of water Rodney suggested trenching the problem side .They graded the side away from house dug about 2 foot deep trench out about 80 feet out toward the back lower side , put in large 6 inch drainpipes and covered it with crushed stone ,WOW what a difference this was a tremendous problem the sump pump now hardly ever go on this was huge for me . I have used Rodney and Kay before on other homes I own , Great work every time over the last 5 years."

It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate.
