"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

Found the problem and fixed it in no time. I set up a yearly maintenance plan for my A/C and Furnace while they were here. They will bill me, so do not know what it will cost me with the maintenance plan I'm putting in place until I get the bill for the repair visit and maintenance plan, but I have a general idea of the cost. With one of the other contact from Home Advisor, I would have had to pay on site after the repairs and wait several days before I could get on their schedule for them to come out and make the repairs to my A/C."
