"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"I called to get a quote on basement mold remediation. They arrived the same day I called, and 2 workers showed up on time to do a walk thorough of my basement. They did not try to sell me on services I did not need and in fact, gave me tips on how I could do the mold remediation as a DIY project. They were professional and honest ... values you do not see in many contractors these days. "

"We had a pipe burst in our basement when the temps dipped super low. After drying it out as a precaution we hired them to come test to make sure we did a thorough job. They used water detection tools and thermal imaging to see any water damage or water that was still present. Thankfully there wasn’t nor was their mold! When it comes to water damage and mold in your home - peace of mind is priceless!"
