Four months later the line was backing up again and Front Range was unwilling to warranty any of their work! Apparently they lost all camera footage on the sewer line scope and were not willing to share any notes on the job. He took apart the gas valve area and found between the gas valve and the orifice to the burner had a spider web obstructing the gas flow. The furnace works well now. Curtis was very professional and honest. Thank you, Curtis, for a great job. I had another company check the furnace last week, but the tech they sent did not have the experience to correctly diagnose the problem."
