"Had scheduled gas piping with another company (after my husband trenched halfway around the house) who called yesterday morning and said the supplies were on back order with an unknown delivery date. Called Benjamin Franklin who said they could send a technician today. Coles showed up, took one look, made a phone call and said they had the piping in stock. He went to pick up what he needed, came back and completed the job in around 2 hours. He even backfilled part of the trench so my husband wouldnâ t have to do it. We have an electrician coming out tomorrow so will be calling Cole to hook up our new gas range. Talk about going above and beyond! We have found our plumbers for life!"

"We couldnt get another plumber to come out to work on our pipes. We did manage to get one other estimate, but that company charged $60 just for giving an estimate. Mr. Youngs Plumbing gave us free estimates with reasonable pricing. Even though it was a very difficult job, Gary had our new gas lines installed all in the same day and had adjuster out today, the next day. Our gas is now back on. Gary finished other projects we added today and will return next week to give estimate and replace sewer line. Too much good to list. We are very pleased with price, quality of work and Garys personality and professionalism."

He was the only plumber that called and suggested that I check his license on the Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners and is a member of the BBB. In additon to replacing my water heater, they replaced all the hosing and valves for the water and the gas lines and added a drip pan for no additional cost. Will be using their services again in the future to replace a water main valve to the house."
