"I was highly pleased with Jim's work. He not only accomplished everything on my list, but he made several suggestions on several
issues that added further performance improvements.
Jim's response time from my original call was excellent. He is very easy to work with, communicates well and is very customer-oriented.

The amount he charged me for the work done and considering the time spent traveling to my house, doing the work and answering my questions and giving me advice was very reasonable.
I highly recommend Jim for computer installation, network issues,  problem resolution and performance improvement. I will definitely call him in the future for any new issues I have.

"The technician - Scott - arrived on time.
He was organized and systematic in the removal of all vent covers - cleaned every vent - replaced the filters in the appropriate vents - he worked efficiently.

Work was done in  timely manner.  I would highly recommend Accurate Care Service for AC Duct Cleaning and will seek their services in the future as needed for other cleaning and in-home services.  Pre-service communication with Joseph Roman was excellent.  Joe was able to schedule the service at a time that was mutually agreeable and followed up immediately after the service was complete.  That is a great way to do and earn business.

"Called today to see if he would install an A/C unit he came to see what was needed, and he asked what was wrong with the old one? I told him the guy that came the day before said it needed a $900 fix? This guy fixed it for $ 375!! I would recommend this company for any of your A/C work that needs to be done!Hes very honest and very reasonable!"

"My initial contact with Jon and Chris on May 26th was to see if my existing unit 16 year old A/C could be repaired. Jon and Chris were knowledgeable and pleasant as well as professional.  They were able to share with me the many issues I already knew were occurring with my current unit. We discussed cost and options to pay and sealed the deal. I am pleased that a 5 year maintenance plan for checkup's twice a year is included. The next week Cesar and Gerardo arrived with the new unit. It took at least 8 hours to install so it was an all day event. Cesar was very personable and worked hard at installing the handler in my very small space. Gerardo installed the outside unit and the new thermostat. The unit works very well so far, cools very well and is amazingly quiet.  I was impressed with all four of the men who represented Amtek.  I would also like to mention that about a week after the unit was installed I was solicited by the same company to purchase a new unit. Perhaps leads could be better scrubbed. "

"Wanting to add more solar I was lucky enough to hooked up with Matt Mishler a very knowledgeable sales representative. Matt reviewed my last 12 months electric bills and was able to recommend a system that has eliminated my electric bill. Matt was a little aggressive on the installation timeframe but was there for me every step of the way as we addressed any unforeseen delays. Matt was always there when I had questions or concerns and was very responsive. End result I have the system I wanted and it's functioning properly. I would diffidently use Matt again if I need to in the future."

"I was told that the job would be between 6 to 8 hours. They finished at 1:30 p.m. and said they were going to another a/c installation. One week later Service America had to come out to fix the a/c unit because it was no longer blowing cold air.
When the original installers soldered the lines, they did not check to make sure there were no leaks.
The problem was fixed and the unit has run beautifully since.
The unit then did not pass the permit inspection for two reasons:
1) The top of the new a/c unit is larger than the old unit, so part of the top front of the closet that the air handler is in was torn out to make room for the new unit. However, the installers did not seal off the openings.
2) On the condenser on the roof, the piping was not properly strapped and secured.
All of the problems could have been avoided if the original installers had done the work properly and not been in such a rush to get to the next installation.
Because of all this, when the time comes to buy a new a/c unit, I will not buy it from Service America."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"My air conditioner was not working so I contacted my home warranty service and they sent a local company representative to checkout the problem. It was a capacitor - the technician installed the part and it has been working ever since."
