"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. "Our heat went out and we reached out to Beltway. They were able to get out to us in a timely manner and diagnose the problem. The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. After discussing our options with Ryan we decided to replace our furnace and AC unit instead of risking future issues and pouring more money in to an old system. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit. They have a 5 year labor warranty on their work which is far better than most companies that only offer a one or two year warranty. The install team was very courteous and polite, always wearing shoe covers and taking down decorations or moving stuff to avoid damage while coming in and out. At the end they walked us through the new unit and told us what to watch out for. We would definitely recommend Beltway to anyone and will come to them in the future with all our HVAC needs."
