"Bob was great to work with. He came out and explained his selling and marketing process, he also walked us through comps in the area and we came to an agreed upon sale price (higher than other agents we talked to, who didn't show us their process). He then took the time to walk through our house and assess each room, making suggestions on things we could do to help get our house ready to be listed and look as good as possible, while answering any questions we had about the process. We got the house ready just as he advised, and once we were ready to go Greg came out and photographed the house. We were on the market later that night (earlier than anticipated), we received multiple offers and had a signed contract by the 3rd day at our asking price! We couldn't be happier with the results!
