"They were very punctual and professional on both inspections.  We had our heating system inspected in November with a contract that also provided for an air conditioning check in the spring.  All went well with the furnace inspection and cleaning.  To be honest I had forgotten about the air conditioning inspection and cleaning part of the service until THEY called to set it up.  They had a different technician for each visit but both were very nice, professional and I believed did a thorough job.

Weatherking was able to get to us by the end of the hottest day of the year. They came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem on the spot. They walked me through their findings and how they determined the issue. After the part was replaced the air conditioner has been working great. "My main complaint is that I had to clean up after them- sweep around all vents & where they drilled small vent holes in the ducts. If I had known ahead of time, I could have put sheets down. I also had to clean up fingerprints that luckily wiped off OK. I was very happy to get my dryer vent cleaned & would give them an A- or B+ if it wasn't for the cleanup afterwards. He did clean up some on the kitchen floor."
