Online and on the phone I was told it is a $99 service fee to come out. That quickly changed $420 because it is considered ?complex? after he noted water in the sewer clean out pipe. The plumber mentioned it could be a problem with my grinder pump. I told him that the POA maintains that, and I would need to call them if this is the issue. He unsealed the basin lid and noted it to be full, indicating a malfunction. I went inside to call the POA Water Works. Meanwhile, he opened the electrical box for the grinder, which he later told me he is not supposed to do. He ran a voltage test and told me my grinder was ?burned out?. I told him the POA water works is coming, and they will manage the job from this point. He declined to reduce the $420 fee to $99 despite only taking off two lids. Would not recommend. "
