Bonus: they don't seem to be trying to sell me something, unless I ask for it, which was my experience EVERY TIME with another company. I've been happy with Moncrief every service call (including routine stuff), and I know they're taking good care of my system and of me!

"There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall".
