"If you can get past the demeanor of the ladies who answer the phone and make the appointments (they're CLEARLY quite busy and not particularly friendly), the technicians are wonderful: they re prompt, professional, talk to me about what's going on with my system, and they work hard to find and fix the issue. Bonus: they don't seem to be trying to sell me something, unless I ask for it, which was my experience EVERY TIME with another company. I've been happy with Moncrief every service call (including routine stuff), and I know they're taking good care of my system and of me!

"The Service Technicians were very courteous and professional. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service experience!"

"Estes is the best! They have been performing my bi-annual HVAC inspections for many years. They are trustworthy, timely and definitely know what they are doing. The service is impeccable and I always feel as if I am in good hands. I also started regularly using their plumbing services for both inspections and repairs. They provide the same excellent service in that department, as well. I highly recommend them!"

"Our system was making a concerning sound so we called Climate Heroes and they scheduled someone to come out the very next day. The office staff was very empathetic, and we felt prioritized the whole time. Jose Castro is a fantastic technician. He was able to repair our air conditioning systems and even better, explained every detail of what he had done and why it needed to be done. This company seems to know how to hire the best and most knowledgeable people who do exceptional work. It’s been 3 weeks since our service and everything is running smooth. We will be using and recommending Climate Heroes for all AC and heating concerns!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Great customer service! tech arrived on time when scheduled. Work was performed in a timely manor and very thoroughly. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of these services."

"Curt did an excellent job repairing our central heating system. This problem occurred during the holiday season. Curt obtained the part needed and repaired our system the next day."
