"Had them install a whole-home humidifier and they were great. The original install went without issue. After the install, there was a bit of a thunking noise that was occurring. Called them up and they sent someone out the next day. They added a hammer arrester and it fixed the problem. I also had a dripping noise and they had two people help troubleshoot that even though it turned out not to be related to their work at all. I will definitely call them next time I need any work done!"
