"Donnie let us know when to door came in, and we waited two more weeks because of vacations for himself and his crew.  He gave us a day, and told us that the work would begin between 8:30 and 9:00.  Part of his crew arrived between 8:30 and 9:00 and got right to work.  By 10:30, the old door and surrounding woodwork was removed, and Donnie could see what was behind the dry rot.  Fortunately, there wasn't any significant damage behind.  Donnie determined that water was getting in behind the siding above the door around a second story window.  He took the siding off above the door, made corrections so that water should not get in again, and installed flashing around the door to direct any water that got in away from the woodwork around the door. <br /> The new door was installed, and Donnie and his crew even managed to re-install our storm door in front of the new door.  Donnie also identified a couple of additional spots with dry rot on the front of the house and repaired those places at an additional cost.  The whole job was done about 3:00PM. <br /> We have hardwood floors in our home.  Donnie's crew put down cardboard where they were working at the front of the house and were running a vacuum to get up the dust and mess almost continuously.  Still have to paint the new front door and woodwork, but the result looks great. <br />"

"The Hemax crews were professional, neat, and organized just say a few things about them. They always showed up for work in uniform and prepared for the tasks at hand. I'm not sure when they met to discuss how and what they would work on but it was apparent they knew what they were going to do as soon as they hit the backyard. No hanging around waiting to be told what to do. They worked long hours and when they left they made sure the worksite was neat and tidy. Henry and Max were always available to answer any questions. If I had issues they were already noticing the issue or had the answer of what they planned to do as the project went on. This project had some delays due to the crazy rainy weather. If the guys couldn't be there we heard from the staff or they would come by on the off chance that the rain would let them work. This crew has my utmost appreciation and admiration on how they turned our mud-pit into a beautiful outdoor room. Without a doubt, we will have them back to improve another part of the house in the future."
