After a beyond horrible experience with one of the Airport endorsed (shared) Van Services about a year and a half ago, I did not want to go with them again (or ever again for that matter!) and looked for an alternative on Angie's List.
Michael answered my phone call and arranged the trip for the following day confirming it by text message right away after I had send him details like my name, address and pick up time in the same way.
He himself showed up 5 minutes ahead of time in a big, clean car (with excellent AC on a above 90 degree humid day!), gave us all the time we needed to get ready, helped with stowing and unloading the luggage and gave us a very smooth ride to the airport.
Michael has been very well mannered, friendly and helpful to us and we are extremely happy with his service.

"We had our downstairs bedroom, laundry room and bedroom remediated.They followed all the EPA guidelines . They worked hard and gave us TLC in the process. Kurt followed the work every step of the way. He also gave us names of trusted people to do our drywall and water proofing.

"I brought my car in for service because it was running rough. A few months before I had the power steering pump replaced and within about a month it began to make a noise. I figured it was due to low fluid but, the fluid level was fine. ABS told me they would diagnose my car and give me a call and tell me what I needed to repair. They called me about an hour later at work and listed the repairs they recommended. Their list included a new power steering pump. I told them to not replace the pump, but to do all of the other repairs. I picked my car up that evening and as I was driving away noticed that the power steering pump wasn't making any noise. They didn't charge me for a new pump. So, when got home, I looked under the hood to make sure they hadn't replace the pump - they didn't. It's been about six months and my car is still running well and the power steering pump isn't making any noise. They did something to the power steering pump - repaired it, without charging me. I am thankful that I found ABS - They are polite, professional and highly competent!

"Great job by Jiffy. They had to pull a new water line under my townhouse slab foundation to replace the leaking poly water line. Pete Kristiansen, who is very knowledgeable and experienced, knew exactly what needed to be done. Plus it was a fair price. Highly recommend them."

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"I usually have my landscaper, brother or some other random person power wash my deck, rails and pavers. I decided to step it up a notch by hiring a professional. Mel was AWESOME. Contact was swift, bid was fair, scheduling was easy. Most importantly, I cannot believe how much better he did than an “average” person with a power washer. Everything looks brand new. Honestly, I’m shocked. I own several homes and I’m very picky about my contractors. I recommend MEL whole-heartedly. Plus, I love hiring an independent contractor.
