"Rick did a great job installing our water treatment system."

"I chose a complete system to address several problems with my wellwater: hardness, bacteria (not pathogens, but unpalatable), rust and sulphur odor. From the initial testing to consultation, installation, and trouble shooting, Pure Water Source provided great communication, timely/capable/friendly installation, a competitive price, and very fast turnaround when I had questions. I'm very happy with the results, and highly recommend this company."

"Ken is a professional and someone I will call on again for service and will recommend to others. First Ken made every scheduled appointment. He is knowledgeable. I was looking for a water system. He made recommendations on equipment and answered all my questions. Ken's quality of work in installing the system was very good. Ken has now followed up with me 2 times to make sure everything is working well. We are very satisfied with the water system and Ken as the contractor."

"Replaced my well pump and tank. Had to flush debris out of the indoor water lines, He and his workers did a great job. L. Wilson"

"They replace the heater that I had for 10 or 11 years with one that was the same, they allowed me to split my bill, they did the job and they worked with me. Which was good."

"Josh has done many projects for us. This last one was a complete replacement of our boiler system. We had just bought the house in January and have had numerous problems. Here is a list: new water softner, new holding tank, many new valves, work on the old boiler system. We had no heat or hot water, Josh gave us outstanding prices for the work that had to be done. He thoroughly explained every situation and what was needed. He got us a boiler that met the needs of our home, installed it and made sure every aspect of tge new system worked properly. Iâ m disabled and he made sure every shut off valve was where I could reach it without putting pressure on me. Oh yea and the price, which beat anyone elseâ s bid by far. He communicated with us continuously and made sure it was perfect. I highly recommend Josh for any project you have."

"Removed my old water heater and placed a tankless water heater without any concerns. Took approx 8 hours to install, they were very clean and professional."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
