Ken was the only one that wasn't quick to say that we needed to replace our water system, he checked the system, took water samples to find out what the system was doing or not doing. Ken wanted to make sure that the system didn't just need to repaired instead of replace. Ken is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade, he was also very honest! He didn't push for us to go through him, his main concern was that we got the best service and quality drinking water. He did a very thorough job on installing our new system and talked us through everything he was doing step by step to include hooking up our drinking water spigot and even hooking up our ice maker which was never done prior. Once job was complete he has stayed in contact with us follow up communication to ensure that our system is functioning properly and has met our needs. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
