"We were not on site during installation as this is a rental property. Lee Days subcontracted our shower install but whoever put it in didn't seal the shower. 1 year later the grout is chipping and washing away leaving holes in the grout and exposing the floor below to water damage. We only use this shower once or twice per year, far too infrequent of use to experience such deterioration of the product that they installed. I called Lee to have him come and assess the problem. He was a no show. Essentially, since we are past the 1 year mark, he wouldn't even look at the problem. Do not trust this company to stand by their labor."
