"First, Jay Young Plumbing had a *person* answer the phone and not a synth system. Next, she asked, in a very pleasant way, what all I needed. She then said that she had someone in the area and they could likely be there in an hour or so--after completing a different plumbing task. When the plumber, and his son, showed up at the house, they called first, arrived soon after, were courteous and kind, charged a reasonable price, and were on their way. Within less than I week I received a very kind "Thank you" note and fridge magnet. I was especially impressed with their kind approach that honored my needs and privacy and with their genuine appreciation of my business. You BET I will contact Jay Young Plumbing FIRST next time! ---By the way, 3-4 hours after this was all done and completed, the first plumbing company I contacted finally got back with me. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I live in a sandy area so you don’t really see the sand or the oil but now when you wash it up it comes off clean and doesn’t sink into the concrete. He also moved some stuff out of the garage, (2 refrigerators etc). 2 day process. He cleaned out the garage as well by putting everything in storage bags and boxes and then he put them back when it was all finished.  He worked into the night, almost midnight when he finished.  He was excellent."

"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.
