"First, Jay Young Plumbing had a *person* answer the phone and not a synth system. Next, she asked, in a very pleasant way, what all I needed. She then said that she had someone in the area and they could likely be there in an hour or so--after completing a different plumbing task. When the plumber, and his son, showed up at the house, they called first, arrived soon after, were courteous and kind, charged a reasonable price, and were on their way. Within less than I week I received a very kind "Thank you" note and fridge magnet. I was especially impressed with their kind approach that honored my needs and privacy and with their genuine appreciation of my business. You BET I will contact Jay Young Plumbing FIRST next time! ---By the way, 3-4 hours after this was all done and completed, the first plumbing company I contacted finally got back with me. "Showed up late for estimate and installation. Unit is noisy like an air compressor when running and an air plane winding down when it stops. Didn?t perform all work agreed upon. Sure glad I paid for 10 year warranty and labor. No written contract or receipt for cash sale so o hope the warranty will hold up. Install guys were nice and knowledgeable but the salesman wasn?t professional or trustworthy"

"We chose NRG for our solar installation. Everyone we worked with (especially Gemma and Leila) was incredibly helpful and responsive along every step of the process. They responded to emails and texts within a day or two at the most, but usually within a couple of hours. They were patient and very helpful with all of the questions we had (and we had many!), and they were happy to coordinate with other contractors that were doing work on our house at the same time. We did a fairly detailed analysis of the quality, cost, efficiencies, and expected lifetime of the equipment that NRG proposed compared to other companies, and we are confident that they provided the best equipment at the best cost. "I live in a sandy area so you don’t really see the sand or the oil but now when you wash it up it comes off clean and doesn’t sink into the concrete. He also moved some stuff out of the garage, (2 refrigerators etc). 2 day process. He cleaned out the garage as well by putting everything in storage bags and boxes and then he put them back when it was all finished.  He worked into the night, almost midnight when he finished.  He was excellent."
