"I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Mr Wilsons was scheduled to come the next morning but had a breaking in his schedule and came tat afternoon. After assessing the problem, Eric explained and gave me my options. I chose to replace the disposal which Eric quickly installed. After, Eric cleaned up after himself. This transaction was the best.
