"What fantastic service! Could not have been any better. I called a 2 pm with a leaking water heater. At 5 pm I had a new one in. When I called, the woman answering my call was great. Had me go and describe. It was leaking badly. She made an appointment for next morning. But called an hour later and said, "I've been worried that the pan will fill and overflow.
