"When Timothy arrived he surveyed the problem and capped the pipe. We were able to resume using our water immediately. He promptly returned the next morning and finished the job by cutting into the drywall and removing the old connection heads (which were practically immovable). He replaced the washer hookups, as well as the connection heads, and put in a new washer box. Timothy was very courteous, professional, and reliable. HIs workmanship was excellent. The job was so neat you cannot tell there was ever a problem. Thank you Timothy. If I ever need a plumber again I would definitely call on Top Service. I highly recommend!"

"We called the AAP-Home Services after they were a company listed in Angie's List. They responded to our location within a couple hours. Our Tech was Saul. He conducted a diagnostic and determined the Gas Control had failed. On his own, Saul called the water heater company and determined the part had to be ordered from the Water Heater company (Rheem), but also found the part was under warranty. The company shipped the part the location where the WH was located. Saul advised as soon as we received it, he would return to the house and complete the repair. It arrived mid morning two days later. I contacted Saul, and true to his promise, he returned to the house and completed the repair. It took him several hours in the hot sun. His service was exemplary. We were extremely happy with the service and the can-do attitude by Saul. We will definitely use AAP - Home Services again."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "I recently had a kitchen drain snaked by Top Contender drain specialist Inc. They did a great job. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. I've even hired them to work on my home and my parents home. I have no hesitation in recommending them, recently they showed up on a holiday weekend with a smile and took care of my clogged drain that was affecting three different apartments. Because they were willing to show up at a difficult time it made the weekend nice for everybody and I appreciate that."

"GABRIAL CAME AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD, WE HAD A BAD LEAK FROM THE WATER HEATER PLUMBING HE REPAIRED THE PIPE GOING INTO THE WALL AND REPLACED BOTH HOSES. HE CLEANED UP AND MADE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT THE WATER PRESSURE. CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE . VERY SATISFIED ABOUT HIS WORK WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN."
