They replaced my roof on a 5000 sq ft house, they did drywall work in my kitchen on the ceiling, and they also did several household repairs to help me sell my house. I have been dealing with Chris. "Excellent job, from start to finish! The details: Mike Connolly came out to spec my job with me. I was very impressed with the 15-page list of references that he handed me and his 5-year warranty on their work. All the details Mike and I discussed were listed on his proposal. The date was set and they called me a few days in advance to confirm. Since it rained on that day, they called me early to reschedule. The work was just completed on Nov. 8, and I cannot say enough about the quality, punctuality, communication and professionalism of their work and work ethic. My driveway is very steep and he and his workers worked really hard. I remembered that there was a spot at the top of my driveway where water pooled after a rain and I came out and told Mike, he said he had noticed the grade was off and had already fixed that (!!). I asked Mike to put in a curb along the side of my driveway so rain wouldn't flood my neighbor's porch and Mike asked me to show him where and how long I wanted the curb, and he did it perfectly. The repaving took all day to complete and they came back the next day to put in the curb. When his workers had first arrived, I went out to discuss with them the details of the proposal to make sure they knew what I wanted done, but they already knew exactly! Again, I was very impressed. During the day I asked various workers some questions and everyone was both knowledgeable and extremely courteous, hard-working and friendly. When all was finished, they cleaned up perfectly (- some asphalt had gotten on my side steps, and they got it all off, too!) I cannot say enough good things about Mike and the job he did! Excellent, excellent! Finally, my neighbor and I had both needed our driveways repaved and we got several bids at the same time. We were both very impressed with Mike and his references and warranty and so we both hired him. My neighbor (who is not an Angie’s List member) has told me he is extremely pleased, too."

"Boston, the owner, was very responsive, and came right over to look at our pool. "Ricky Boger at Superior was trust worthy and a delight to work with. He came through on every agreement. His work exceeded my expectation in cosmetics. The structures are sound and passed all city inspections. His crew did a thorough clean up of the grounds when the project was complete. In spite of holidays and Hurricane Irma his crew managed to complete my project in a timely manner. I am appreciative and would not hesitate to use Superior Home Improvement again. "Little snafu, at first. Apparently they had hired a new girl and my appointment got lost in the transition so the chimney sweep was a no show on day of. Didn't call them back as I'm paying them and not the other way around. Fast forward a week and they, actually, called me back. Made another appointment and worker showed up as agreed. Worker was very knowledgeable, very respectful to me and my home, extremely careful about not getting soot everywhere and even fixed a pipe that had came loose, for no extra charge. I recommend them and would definitely use them again. Other than the aforementioned setback, which is somewhat minor, they did an excellent job."

"They did the renovations in our bathroom for us. They put porcelain tile down in our bathroom and around the bathtub. They installed a shower for us. They did all the plumbing. They basically had the shower, take the old shower out . Then they had the city come inspect and make sure it's up to code."
