"Even with a discount, the price of buying a new hot water heater and having it installed by this company was WAY more than I had been led to expect by a property manager friend. My old HWH started leaking water into the garage so rapidly that I didn't have the luxury of getting more than 1 pro to come and give me an estimate. I needed work done ASAP to avoid damage, so I needed to hire whoever could come the soonest. I inquired online on Tues. night and someone was here by 11 the next day!
