For balancing the duct system though, they did it very quickly and honestly, it was not as thorough as I was hoping it would be. I was hoping they would help me reach some ducts I had difficulty reaching or identifying some ducts I could not identify. Instead, it really felt like a case of me telling them what I knew where each duct went, and if they can easily pull the lever they did -- but that is something I could have done for free myself. So between the two cases, I would call it 50-50 success."
