"Their sales guy did not communicate with the installation before installation occurred .our under the sink space cannot fit the system so they actually had to install the whole thing outside in a box . The installation person had no idea about this So He came by and could not get the job done . Customer service did not contact us and check , so we bought the wrong Box with the wrong dimensions. Then when the installation guy came by , he couldn t install the system once again .... then some where in the middle of this whole mess , their sales guy called and said we can buy their box to put the water system inside but their box cost like $200. So to to save some money , we decided to buy a box to put it in from Home Depot . Thank god this time everything worked out . The installation person was great and professional. He saved our day :)"

Brad helped me cut through the fog of confusion that was preventing me from solving my water problems. Brad arranged for a consultation at my home where my problems could be investigated and properly diagnosed. He personally came to my home, arrived right on time, and tested my water and water pressure providing a thorough check up. Once my problems were diagnosed, we scheduled an installation appointment or the following week. I had questions in the interim period leading up to the installation, and Brad was accessible and extremely helpful. In short, Brad was amazing. On Installation day, Jack and Nick arrived right on time, surveyed the situation and and completed the installation in a timely manner. They were happy to answer questions and were eager to explain how everything worked. But while they were working they realized that the water pressure in my home was dangerously high. To my good fortune and relief, Jack and Nick diagnosed this additional issue. While technically the issue they discovered wasn’t necessarily an issue they needed to deal with, they were prepared to deal with it nonetheless. Without missing a beat, they replaced a broken water pressure regulator and in the process they “healed” every leak in my house. Since the installation, I’ve remained in communication with Brad and Jack. They’ve both been generous with their time. Brad, in particular, has followed up several times to see how things are working and to make himself available in case I have any further questions. In short, Pro Water Solutions is aptly named. They are professional and they solved my water problems, even problems that fell outside of the scope of their core business. The price was right and the customer service was out of this world. "Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"After speaking with Kevin (CEO) about the merits of the One Water System, and my own online followup, I bit, and was scheduled for installation 5 days later. Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned. I was given an outline of positives results to look for.  And, as of 2 weeks after installation, I am very pleased with results. Faucet run faster, wife says hair and skin feels better. The original installation was in the end of Dec. 2012. The installer was good. He brought his son, who started going through my things, as I had just moved in. When I told him to not go through my things, he went out the garage. Later that day I found food missing out of my garage freezer. I called the salesman about this and he made right with it and reimbursed me.

 I had to have the controller changed as it stopped softening my water and it was leaking. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone at customer service and then when I did, it took them a long time to get out and repair it. I was told to turn my water off until they could get out here. Really? Be without any water for a couple days?

 Now, I find the system they installed under my kitchen sink has been leaking. It looks like it's been leaking for a while. It appears my cabinet bottom is slightly warped from this. I live in a new home. It was build a year ago and I moved in. I will have to have it checked for mold now as well. But I tried calling AmeriTek today, and again, I'm told the Tech would call me. It's the end of the day and no call. I called them back for the 4th time and they said the Tech would call me sometime tomorrow. No time given. Several customer service people I spoke with said they would call me back in a few minutes. I gave them over 30 minutes to call me back. They never did. When I called,  I was asked if people called me back, I said no. They actually asked me if I wanted the yearly service (which I was never told about). That they would check the whole system and change filters. I asked what the charge would be. They told me $150.00. With the customer service I have experienced with this company, I don't think I will give them more of my business. I will call Puronics themselves and get an estimate for that.   I think it's time for me to call a plumber and send AmeriTek the bill.

I'm not saying anything bad about Puronics. This is just one Company that installs it.
