"Everything went very smoothly. Todd replaced the core in the hose bib, and then looked at all valves, toilets, and the water heater, as well as testing my water and r/o filter. He gave me a written quote for additional repairs that I might want done. He explained things clearly, was patient and helpful -- altogether very professional.

"Dan and his team came out after we had discovered that we no longer had water due to a well pump failure. They fished out the old one and put in a new one. There was a lot of work involved as the new pump had an internal fault and would not pump. So the process had to be repeated, they installed another new pump and got new controls and pump protection installed and bam! We had water! The crew worked into the night for several days and were dedicated to fixing the issues we had. They stood by the original quote and made sure to check in with us days later to make sure all was well (pardon the pun). Overall, great work, they overcame unforeseen challenges and take pride in their work. As a tradesman myself, I can say they knocked it out of the park!"

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
