He provided a quote and I accepted. He went straight to work and installed our three faucets and replaced/updated the shut-off valves (over 19 years old). I also appreciate the cleanliness of the job - even with a rainy day outside. He was willing to answer all my questions on all the features of old and new plumbing. This company was recommended on our neighborhood Facebook site, and I could not have been more impressed with the quality of work."

"Edgar replaced a shop sink and custom made the fixture to fit the space. He replaced old valves for the washer that were prone to failing. He was here on time and was very knowledgable about the reason the sink was failing and how to fix it. it was a little more expensive than i thought it would be, but reasonable. His quote for a water heater replacement was in line with other estimates we've had. He warranties his work for one year and uses quality fittings and fixtures. He used top of the line press fittings for the sink repair and an all brass fixture for the sink. Some plumbers might skimp there and purchase the cheap failure prone fixture from a box store. Edgar made his himself."

"The tech (Billy) was friendly and knew his stuff, and the repair went quickly. The only issue I have is the price. I was charged $98 for the diagnosis, which took about 5 minutes, $300 for a capacitor replacement which took about 15-20 minutes (part online cost of $10), and $50 for a furnace check. I was happy with Billy. He went out of his way to explain things and squeezed in a furnace check while he was here. But $450 for a $10 part and an hour of labor is excessive."

"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."
