We did a google search and found Advanced Resoration Services, They came the next day, removed the standing water, the wet carpeting, and brought in drying fans to dryout the basement. After everything was dry, they located the source of the leak and remedied the problem, replaced the water damaged trim, and made arrangements for the carpeting to be replaced. They also helped with insurance paperwork to ensure we got the full amount we were entitled to. VERY Pleased with the results"

"A crew showed up within the hour and immediately assessed and estimated, then went to work after I got the insurance OK. <br /> It took several hours to tear out what was necessary, not only due to the extent, but because they were thorough and ensured that what they removed, both anticipated and unanticipated, was indeed necessary. I appreciated that. After they set the machinery to dry the infrastructure, I didn't have to clean up after them. Only had to hose the sidewalk from all the wet flakes of drywall that was removed. The crew did not slack off, nor were they surly. "I sent my initial inquiry e-mail at 6:24AM, and Carlos wrote back at 6:52AM asking if he could come by that morning between 8 and 9AM. After having three other companies quote it, I selected Water Damage DMV based both on the cost of the estimate, his promptness and communication, and the clarity in answering questions I had. When Carlos arrived to do the work, he went right to it. He worked quickly and kept me informed about what he was finding and how it was going. When he was done with that, he put in humidifiers at first. The next day, he came with help to apply the mold-prevention treatment before adding fans to aid in drying. He checked in daily either in person or by text until it was time to remove them, at which point he came and did so. I was very happy to work with Carlos and Water Damage DMV.
