"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"This was an ongoing project as we were replacing floors and subfloors in our 2nd floor rental unit. Radiators that had been painted over for many years needed to be removed (tough job just loosening the pipes). Before the floor work was completed plumbers returned to measure for relocation of radiators. Finally, they came back after flooring work to install radiators and test them. Additionally, we needed to install a dishwasher in the kitchen where no pipes existed for one. Space was very tight but pipes were installed to accommodate the dishwasher as well as an existing wash machine. This was all difficult work! They were on time and did all the work very well. "Great experience with Udi and his team. They came out twice. Once to fix a leak under the sink and and a follow up visit to rebuild the cabinet under the sink which had a lot of water damage. They also repaired external piping leading up to a patio and put insulation on it. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and responsive to any and all questions. The customer service is high quality. Their office was constantly in touch to schedule and follow up with visits. The price is exceptionally reasonable for the quality of the work and for Manhattan. It is hard to find an excellent plumber who doesn't overcharge. And it was terrific to find one who can also perform carpentry and other tasks."

"I hired the SP and bought a heater/air conditioner and I paid him $500 deposit. He wired the garage after I paid him $650. He has not delivered the heater/ac unit. He did not wire the 240 volt line into garage. The track lighting and one outlet do not work. He stated he would come back on 2 different times and never did. He will not return calls or texts. He never put the cover on the outside outlet either."
