When he was unable to remove the obstruction by snaking the drain, he explained the reasons why, and we went to plan B. Daniel was able to identify the need to replace the toilet, returned to the shop to get the new parts, and came back to the building within an hour. The toilet was installed quickly and he hauled the old toilet out for disposal. The service call was scheduled on a Saturday afternoon and the work was performed on a SUNDAY-- Daniel contacted me ahead of the 12pm-4pm service window and arrived early. Other plumbing companies who listed weekend hours were unresponsive and did not take the time to return my voicemails-- even during the following week. Glad I found Petri. "The plumber, Bill was prompt and professional. He was available to do all of the work on the same day as the walk through and estimate. A written estimate was prepared within fifteen minutes of the preliminary inspection. The repairs and replacements took almost all day but it was because it was three different projects throughout the house and he had to get parts. Bill explained exactly what needed to be done for each fixture/ pipe and any options available. The final price was slightly higher than the estimate only because of an unforeseen issue with the fixture manufacturer and it was explained as soon as the problem became apparent to the plumber. Bill was also friendly and wore the appropriate face protection at all times due to the current heath crisis."

An unscrupulous worker had removed drain pipes. Udi offered a free fast estimate. Utility sink needed repiping. Arrived within an hour. Craftsman was neat and so expert he hardly used or needed any tools! I mean he precisely just eyeballed fittings to make matters perfect. Final price was right within the estimate. I look forward to using their trades' services again for plaster and complete bathroom sink replacement."

"This was an ongoing project as we were replacing floors and subfloors in our 2nd floor rental unit. Radiators that had been painted over for many years needed to be removed (tough job just loosening the pipes). Before the floor work was completed plumbers returned to measure for relocation of radiators. Finally, they came back after flooring work to install radiators and test them. Additionally, we needed to install a dishwasher in the kitchen where no pipes existed for one. Space was very tight but pipes were installed to accommodate the dishwasher as well as an existing wash machine. This was all difficult work! They were on time and did all the work very well. We would definitely hire again."
