"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "Mr. Lewis was very accommodating of my schedule. He provided service on a Saturday even though he did not have Saturday hours. There was a service I requested that he was not certain how to proceed. He returned on Sunday to obtain some identifying info from my heating unit and then he said he would do some research on how the service could be done. Mr. Lewis was very good about explaining what he was doing and the pros and cons of my options.

"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet. They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely. They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.
Very easy to deal with, good communications, knowledgeable and professional.

"They replaced seven windows in our townhouse. The initial sales appointment was quick and painless with a low pressure sales approach and a very competitive price. The initial sales appointment was followed up with a quick (15 minute) appointment to measure the windows for final confirmation. The windows were delivered and installed 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment and the installation went great. The three person crew ensured they explained everything prior to work commencing and cleaned up the work space before departing. All in all a good experience.
