"Nick took his time and determined the problem with our furnace. He was very thorough in his explanation. He performed the furnace cleaning, checked to make sure the furnace was functioning properly and cleaned everything up. The bill was for the exact amount quoted over the phone. The service was professional, friendly, timely and there were no surprises. We were very satisfied.

"Great! They were able to come out two days later and got everything done before noon. Water heater was replaced with drain pan, the utility room was vented, and the heat was turned on right away. They also guaranteed that if the venting was deemed insufficient by People's Gas, that they would meet PG's request (within reason, of course) at no extra charge."
