I got into contact with Ben Marga, owner of FAF at the beginning of my replacement project. BM is very knowledgeable and quick to communicate. All appointments were attended on time and in a very professional manner with email reminders and text messages before showing up from FAF with these 2 friendly and hard working technicians James Zegrino and Shawn Herbert. When it comes to the installation, I have never seen such meticulous and tidy work done in my time. Despite drilling through walls, they made absolutely no mess inside my house. Everything was done to a professional standard and well explained. They had great customer services and gave me a good indication of the most relevant unit to purchase and they installed it in a way so that it looks great, perfectly symmetrical. "The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."
