"I had a really stressful situation when a toilet supply line burst and affected four bedrooms in my home. Water was everywhere and I didn?t know where to start. Nexgen Property Restoration responded the same day, which made a huge difference. They immediately extracted all the water and set up drying equipment to prevent further damage. What stood out most was how quickly they got my insurance involved and moving that same day. Steven was our main point of contact and handled everything from mitigation through repairs. He stayed on top of communication and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. The project was actually completed about five days earlier than expected, which was a huge relief for my family. Everything turned out great and the house is back to normal.
