"Great service all around. 1. Called the office to discuss the issue. Made an appointment for a formal inspection and quote. 2. Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. I only got one quote as I have had it looked at a couple times previously over the years and I felt comfortable with the cost as well as the folks I interacted with. 5. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6.
