"Dishonest. I was told free estimate but when tech arrived he said it was $150. Also tech didn?t know anything about gas applications . The owner is very unprofessional and scrupulous. I will be complaining to Toll Brothers about their service. Overall Incompetent. The Atmos gas company turned off fireplace gas so it could get repaired. Atmos gas guy was here for 15 minutes, didn?t drilll holes or anything. But Excalibur plumbing repairman didn?t know how to turn gas back on. Plus said I had to pay $150; for a free estimate. Owner on phone lied to me twice saying free estimate. Company is incompetent AND Dishonest. "

"I've had experience with good plumbers and not-so-good plumbers, and I have to say that Good Clean Plumbing is an exceptional company. After receiving several quotes for an emergency grinder pump and panel replacement, they were able to give me a fair quote quickly, were thorough in their assessment and recommendations, and worked fast and clean on the day of the repair. The pump replacement felt white glove and like I was a valued customer from the first visit through install day. Other plumbers who quoted the job were knowledgeable, but GC Plumbing are clearly expert problem solvers in the field. They know their stuff, and the grinder pump install is immaculate. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. During the process of doing the work, they damaged my property. They said they would fix it, but I called many times and continued to get the run around. Finally they had someone come out to paint, which did not cover the blue dye or fix the issue with the stained flooring or base boards. I have continued to call and been told a manager will reach out, which they never do. I have filed a complaint with the BBB."

"I needed to replace old water heaters and also had some other plumbing work in my home - caulking and taking the wobble out of some recently installed toilets. I looked to Angi's to get some quotes, and Matthew was quick to quote the work and schedule. He was detail oriented explaining what was needed, and very tech savvy being able to provide quotes over email and the app with photos and details compared to others, in my experience, who need to come to the home first and don't seem to follow up well. I got master plumber Zack who was respectful, nice, clean and considerate of scheduling water cut offs with the family's needs. There was another customer emergency, and they were able to finish the work so we had hot water and come back the next day to finish the rest at a convenient time - showing me they really cared about their customers and triaged appropriately given how essential running water is! Highly recommended."

"Beware! not so honest. I had a air conditioner that would not start earlier this year and while he was here, I asked about having some general maintenance completed at the same time. I was told it could not be done at that time but the tech suggested that I purchase a maint. package that they would come out twice a year to do general maintenance on the units. He stated that they could do in a week or so, it turned out to be over 1-1/2 months for the 1st maintenance but I should clarify that it really isn't much maintenance but a opportunity to pay them to do a quote for additional work. In addition to this, one of our units was not operational arrived, before he would even move a finger I was required to sign a document for work in the amount of around $340 which ended up taking the technician 15 minutes to replace a blown fuse and loose wire, they charged $116.99 for the fuse (cost $0.1469). Not so honest, much different story from when I initially used them several years ago. "
