"I coordinated the work with Mr. Rooter's home office. Unfortunately, they didn't relay to the technician that he needed certain materials to get the job done. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. Other than that, the water heater gas control valve was successfully installed and I've got hot water again."

"Discovered that our water heater died around 7 p.m. on a Wednesday night. Within minutes of my HomeAdvisor request, Glen called. We discussed options for repairing, replacing with the same unit, or replacing with a tankless system. Glen very patiently answered all of my questions, giving me confidence that we were making the right choice instead of just the easiest one. The next afternoon, we were back up and running and couldn't be happier with the service we received. We will definitely be calling Wagner Family Plumbing for any future plumbing needs."

"Danny D, Jerry, and Adam, y’all are stuck with me as a client lol. They provided excellent service, funny, kind, accommodating and explained all that they were doing and all of our goals in maintaining my plumbing. "Will preface by saying my knowledge of water heaters is pretty minimal. Woke up one evening with the water alarm on the water heater going off - did some basic trouble shooting, turned the water off, and called John, who was able to give me some easy tips on the phone to keep the leaking to a minimum.
Came out the next day, at the later end of a 2 hour window he gave me (but well within the window), was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it. Gave some good advice, and a bit of basic education on water heaters.
Price was a bit much for in the end about 15 mins of work, but in a pinch, he came through.
