I had a new air conditioning & heating system installed a few days prior and the company had not turned the gas back on which was why I had no hot water. Don was very safety conscious checking with the inspector of the heating/ cooling company to make sure it was safe to turn the gas back on. He had the water heater working in no time at all and did not charge me for the visit. I also asked him about water softeners since mine no longer works and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will be calling him to install a new softener.
