"I met James and Stephen through HomeAdvisor while shopping for a new hot water heater. I had received (4) separate quotes, and by far they did the best job explaining the pros/cons of a tankless HWH and the various options, which was something I was considering as a replacement for a traditional tank heater. I went with the Navien 240A tankless because they would be able to use the existing venting pipes (i.e. a retrofit) and setup a hot water recirculation line to reduce the time it took for hot water to come out of the faucet. No burning nat gas for the sake of keeping the water hot on standby. Now it's on-demand and only burning the fuel as needed - beautiful. All with expert/professional installation. Very thorough and attention to details. As good as the installation was, the real test was how they responded to some adjustments needed to the system after using it for a few days. The return trips were prompt! I never felt like I was bothering them, and they went through great lengths to work out the kinks and do what it took to make it right. Five gold stars for such a world-class level of service. Most would have been slow to respond since the sale was already made, if responding at all. Competitive pricing and world-class service makes them 'my guys' for any and all plumbing needs at my house or my rental properties. No need to make any more calls. That's a great feeling! "It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
