Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Marlborough, MA

"Lou and his team did a great job on my chimney. They took before and after pictures. The quality of the work was outstanding. Lou searched all over to match my shingles, he insisted that he find the exact match and drove into Boston to find them which was way out of his way. Lou also came over at the end to inspect himself and make sure I was satisfied w the work!. I highly recommend Loy and his team for any home improvement projects you may have!!"

"Many thanks to Matt Cabral and his expert team for a great job this week replacing a fair percentage of the trim on our thirty year old colonial. After the bad storms this winter, I noticed a small corner of trim had actually come off exposing the sheathing underneath. Fearing water damage, I called Connell Roofing who had put a new roof on our home 12 years ago (that looks as good as new), and did more modest trim replacement 6 years ago. Dennis and John were out the next day, reviewed all the trim around the house that had some damage, gave an estimate, and said they could start in only a week. While our house has sturdy cedar board siding, the trim boards are soft pine, and there were multiple areas of sunken wood consistent with rot underneath. The bad pine trim was to be replaced with PVC trim that will last a lifetime. When the day arrived for repair, Matt Cabral made another assessment and spotted a couple of additional trim areas that could be seen to need replacement now that"

About us: "Ken Cook has been installing residential roofs and ventilation systems for over 35 years. Cook's Roofing is certified by the Certain Teed Corporation to operate as a select shingle roofing company. This allows our company to extend material and labor guarantees for longer periods than the competition. Cook's has two crews and two lead roofers are certified Master Shingle Applicators. Our foreman has been employed by us for over 13 years. According to the building inspector's office, Cook's pulls more permits for roof construction in the town of Bellingham than any other contractor. In 1992 when many of the shingle manufactures were having trouble with their fiberglass shingles, the ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) developed testing for shingles that showed many problems with roof shingles. It was right then and there that Ken Cook decided to install the best shingles available and have quality that people could depend on; CertainTeed is the best company for their materials and warranties. They have taught us every aspect of the roofing industry from proper installation techniques to knowledge of how to know the difference between shingles that are of a high product quality and mediocrity. Ken Cook has been a resident of Bellingham for over 50 years. He is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Bellingham serving Christ and the community. He also serves on the finance committee of the same church. Ken is married; they have 2 daughters and 2 grandsons. Ken loves Jesus, (John 5:24) his family and roofing. The entire Cook's family would love to serve you. Additional email - cooksroofing@comcast.net. Additional DBA - Cook's Home Improvements Inc. Phone: 508-966-0306 Fax: 508-966-2233"
