He not only took the time to do things right, he took the time to go over everything with us in detail. Bob replaced a handful of mahogany boards on our deck, installed two new light fixtures—bedroom and front porch— built a fence gate, repaired a broken stair baluster, installed a ceiling fan, replaced a rotted board on our shed, and gave us lots of advice and idea for future projects. The work took almost four days. Bob texted every morning to let us know when he’d arrive. He cleaned up as he went and at the end of each day. The project came to around $4,500. "I am writing to recommend the excellent work of Metrowest Minisplits based on our recent experience with the install of 4 minisplits and outdoor heat pump system. Our house is heated with oil and I wanted an alternative clean heating source and could not be happier with this added system to our home. No more noisy window AC Units. These minisplits are so quiet as well as the outdoor unit. Jamie and Allan walked through our home measuring each room, wall to wall, ceiling to floor, providing location and unit size recommendations and did not over sell. They took the time to review the outside of our house and listened to my concerns for placement of outdoor duct work and unit location. I wanted to use a local contractor who would also be installing the product and would not use a third party contractor. Jamie took the time to come back after they where finished installing units when everyone was home to show us together how to use the remotes, how to clean filters, adjusting air flow and explain the proper use of the system. "You may have to call a few times, but Jay will always respond. He did a new high end boiler replacement and also installed central air in our home. His price was way under the competitors. Like any contractor, sometimes they are not great at prompt return phone calls and sometimes their schedule gets shifted, but we were very happy with him and have referred him out to several friends."
