"JDL called within 30 min of placing my request and set up a visit. They evaluated my AC unit and agreed to repair, despite its age (more than 20 years old!). The cost was a fraction of a new unit. Their lead service tech, Isak, was great - knowledgeable, efficient and responsive to my questions. I was very impressed and will have them return for maintenance and service in the future."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience! He repaired my heat pump quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he fixed it. The repair was done efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. It’s hard to find someone who is honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work, but he definitely does. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC repairs or service!"

"I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from this air conditioning company. After calling late last night due to an urgent issue, I was impressed by their swift response this morning to confirm my appointment for the same day. Dale and Brian, the technicians assigned to my case were outstanding in their professionalism and efficiency. From the moment they contacted me to confirm their arrival time, it was clear that customer service is a priority for this company. They were prompt, respectful, and took great care of my home throughout the repair process. Dale and Brian clearly explained the problem with the air-conditioning unit, ensuring I understood the issue without feeling pressured to purchasing additional services or maintenance programs. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and cleanliness. Before leaving, they made sure everything was tidied up, leaving no trace of the repair work behind. It’s rare to find such dedication to both the tech and customer service aspects of the job. I highly recommend this air-conditioning service for their professionalism, respectfulness, and quality of work. Thank you, Dale and Brian for making this experience, smooth and stress-free."

"I called a few HVAC companies on a Saturday morning, due to my A/C only blowing cool to warm air. After speaking with a couple of other companies that advertised as providing 24/7 service, Blue Dot was the only company that would come out on that Saturday. The technician that came out was named Dwight ("DJ"). DJ was exceptional! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. He also provided tips on how to maintain the a/c unit to keep it running efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and patient with answering my questions with a positive attitude. He repaired the unit during the visit. DJ turned a stressful situation (worrying about the possible repair) into a smooth and reassuring experience with his expertise and positive attitude."

"On first trip to diagnose, the unit was frozen solid. Paid Reduced service visit fee. Second visit was to diagnose and order parts. Third visit was to successfully repair the unit. Efficient and reasonably priced. Pleasant staff and technicians. Competent crew."

"Same day AC repair! I called at 930 am and the tech fixed the AC by 2 pm. Amazing service. I bought the annual service policy for HVAC since Horizon was so prompt, professional, and knowledgeable!"
