"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Our business lost air conditioning, and Ambient sent a technician out the same day to see if they could get us up and running. Tim, the technician, was diligent in trying to get us running until a solution could be found. Unfortunately, our unit is just too old. Solid service and response time. If ownership chooses to replace the unit, they will be our guys without a doubt. The owner, Bryan, was very upfront on cost and potential solutions as we have a very, very old building. "The valve started spraying water all inside the cabinet last night around 9 pm. Called Magnolia in the morning and was given an appointment from 2-4. Dispatch called me at 3:30 to tell me that the technician was running very late and it would be at least another hour. I was given the choice to wait or to reschedule. I had waited this long so I choose to wait. The tech arrived approximately around 7 p.m. The whole job took 30 minutes, only about 10 of which were actually replacing the valve. So given the time I feel the price was extreme. I've used Magnolia in the past and they have always been expensive, but this seemed a little higher than normal. I had waited this long, though, so I wasn't going to try and get another plumber and miss more work so I let them perform the switch. I would use them again if I had an emergency, since they have always been responsive, but I'll think twice given the prices they are charging."

I was surprised and delighted by the seemingly trivial, although once it started raining very useful, service of running lots of water through the gutters and downspouts. Once the fall began and into a rainy October and November - man, those gutters never did it so well. very happy with this service."

"Don't even know where to start, to be honest. My furnace just died during a historic cold front in the US and my home was 47°. I had my normal HVAC guy come out and look at it and he said he'd need to order the part and it would be here next week. Unfortunately that'd mean I'd be in a hotel until next week too. Called a dozen other places, same story. Nobody keeps this random part stocked, special order only. Well, nobody but Ivan! After making a dozen calls, I called him and he said he could fix it tonight. I was skeptical because I had been told otherwise so many times within the previous hour, but the dude is legit. He just left my home and got the job done, earlier than originally scheduled, too. The price was right and I couldn't be happier. He saved me $100's by not having to get a hotel. Safe to say, I have a new HVAC guy now. I can't recommended these guys enough, SERIOUSLY."
