"I’ve used Green’s many times over the past 18+ years (furnace, AC, etc.) and have always received great service. I was just at my mother’s house to let the technician in to repair her stove. They called me approximately 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know we were next up for service, and then again when the technician was on his way. They also sent me a text with an introduction to the technician (including a photo) so I would know who to look for. When Ty arrived at the door, he put booties on over his work boots to keep the carpet clean, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. He figured out the problem quickly and gave me a price (down to the penny, including tax) for the work before replacing the igniter. He fixed the stove and even cleaned up the burners so they would work better. This company is extremely professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Very good communication throughout the process.  Initial consultation took almost 2 and half hours, which was a little much, but they took great effort to explain the process and educate me on options.  Installation lasted about 3 hours.  Installers were extremely polite and professional. 
After the install their was an issue that the City Inspector found with Code on the electrical breaker for the A/C unit and they came out and took care of the issue with out any additional charge or hassle.  Overall I give them a B+.  Would recommend to others.
