Edged and cleared out all of our beds, spread 10 yards of mulch, and rebuilt a 70 yard long french drain. Our neighbors commented "It's looks like something you see in a magazine." We agree! "This will be an honest review. Upon making a deposit for the project in May, it took a month the deliver materials to the day. The project took 2 and a half days to complete. My deck was off the second floor and had the rains cape/under deck material. It is about 180 sqft. There were three guys building my project. A month after completion, it rained and the problems began. The soffit finish on the underside filled with water and from the weight of the water burst open. I contacted Wayne right away. His response was that I would have to wait until my neighbor had his deck built for the guys to come out and fix it! Amazing how someone who has already paid is just shrugged off for 3-4 weeks. The guys return and trample through my yard to build my neighbors deck and reluctantly admit they need to address my project.. AFTER they re done with my neighbors project. I even let them stage material under my deck for my neighbor. They administered a quick fix and just caulked the underside. I highly doubt this with last very long and hope the guys are prepared to come out annually to fix the issue. I don t recommend hiring this contractor unless you re just getting a deck without the under material. Deposit was made mid May and they were at my house doing repairs in August. Overall I have a deck, which is what I wanted but the quality of work was not great and the customer service was subpar. There s never enough time to do it right but there is always time to do it again Thank you for reading my review!;"

"I am so very happy with my new patio and I couldn’t have picked a better company for this job. I have been over the top careful about who to select for this big of a job and Jeffrey (DJA Landscape) was super patient (7 years!!!) and has never put me under any pressure even when I bid out with competitors. After hearing everything about his company, seeing his work, comparing it to others and never feeling pressure, I completely trusted him and his company to do a great job and they did. Everyone, his crew and Jeff himself, work so hard. They are always working (besides the well-deserved lunch break), they are some of the hardest working people I have seen and I was at home every day and my dad watched from afar with his German-patio building standards and he also complimented them from the distance. The crew is extremely skilled and they don’t cut any corners. They all work like a well-oil machine — everything is carefully scheduled and planned. There is no downtime because materials are missing… or such.. everything is always ready. Jeff is great at communicating throughout the process with me and his crew and he checks in and comes by every day. It’s also very easy to communicate with his team who listen and address/change if you have any concerns at all. Jeff will be honest with you, he might not be the cheapest on the market, but after doing all of my research, he is very competitive with other companies and in his case… costs matches value. I highly recommended DJA Landscaping. I am super proud to attach some before and after pictures. I never had a patio before and now I can enjoy the outdoors."

"We hired Solid Brick Contracting to do a fairly large outdoor paver patio, which also needed a stone retaining wall, concrete pad for a future hot tub, and a long walkway around the back of the house. Oscar and his company were extremely professional, on time, courteous, and had great attention to detail. The finished project has exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to anyone."

I chose Design Builders over two other contractors because James listened more carefully than the others to both our hopes and fears, and specifically addressed each and every one in the design and throughout the construction. He and his workers were courteous, cleaned up the worksite every day, and most importantly, did a top quality job on every aspect of the work. Yes, there were small glitches along the way, but James maintained very close communication with me throughout and took every step possible to keep me a fully informed and satisfied customer. "We couldn’t be more pleased with the job Cousins did on our new patio. It looks better than we imagined it could. The work crews were extremely hard working and professional. They took great pride in the work they did, didn’t cut any corners and even went above and beyond what we expected. We weren’t sure of exactly what we wanted and Cousins was able to provide great suggestions and options that made the project even better. They were extremely flexible during the project which allowed us to tweak a few things as they were building. The crews did a great job of cleaning the work area after each day. The price they quoted is the price they charged and we felt we got more for our money than the other quotes we received. We had a very hard rain a few days after it was finished and Cousins was out there in the rain making sure the landscaping they had to do was working for good water flow in our yard. There were a few areas that needed to be adjusted and they were out there fixing it a few days later. I did not have to call them. I would certainly hire them again and could not recommend them more highly."
