"I found my water heater leaking just after 9 AM. Called and was given a quote over the phone. They arrived by 11 AM and were done by 2:30. Very good service. They covered my floors with drop cloths, cleaned up nicely and hauled away the old unit. Price included the new water heater, a new shutoff, valve, fittings, drip pan and expansion tank. My grade on the punctuality has to do with my plumber being dragged away to a local Burger King where a line had burst, flooding the restaurant.  He apologized and actually ended up swinging by the house during his drive back to get parts for the Burger King job.  He quickly diagnosed the problem which ended up requiring a minor adjustment.  Due to the delay and the minimal nature of the issue, he did not charge me for the service.  I will be using Aqua again, specifically because despite his late arrival, he kept me in the loop as to his legitimate reasons for the delay.  Some services I've dealt with in the past will turn into a black hole, becoming unreachable and giving no explanation.

"This past Saturday night (2/23/2019) I lost water pressure. My water comes from my well so I thought about the well pump. Our last well pump replacement was very expensive by a company I won't name. I worried that I would experience sticker shock again. I looked up a number of plumbers and decided to contact Atlantic Blue. I'm glad I did. I received a call back from Brennan Saturday night and schedules a Sunday morning visit. He called me Sunday morning and confirmed his arrival time. He showed up around the time he said he would with Steve. I met them in my front yard and briefed them on my problem. Both Brennan and Steve proceeded to troubleshoot exactly how I would (FYI I am a career electronics guy [30+ years] and now am the Quality Manager for the US Subsidiary of a worldwide manufacturer of telecom equipment). I know my way around the troubleshooting world. So after a little bit, Brennan and Steve inform me that they believe my well pump is dead. They pulled my pump, inspected the pipe and the wiring, measured it and provided me with an estimate for the repair. It was a lot less - a LOT less than what I previously paid for the exact same service 8 years ago. I cannot recommend Atlantic Blue Water Services enough. Both Brennan and Steve were courteous and professional. They were both also personable and inspired trust. I will return to Atlantic Blue for my future plumbing needs. They have found a customer for life."

"Shawn, a plumber with Jiffy, discussed with me what I had observed, checked the water heater, correctly diagnosed the cause as a dirty flame sensor. He cleaned it, problem solved and I was charged just the price of the service call. I was prepared to replace the water heater having had an issue before and not knowing its preventive maintenance history for the first five years as it was installed by the previous homeowners. The fact the plumber did not try to use that to his advantage and sell me or charge me for something I did not need has me writing this review and I will call on them again in the future that is for sure."
