"The work was done in July 2018, so I'm a little late submitting this review. My vent runs inside the wall from the ground floor to the roof and the house has a second floor so it's a very long vent. We had just gotten a new dryer that had a flow sensor on it and it would't run but a few minutes because the vent was clogged. These guys worked hard to get it cleaned out from the inside and from on the roof. That night the sensor on the dryer came on again so there was still some blockage. The guys from 1 Choice Mechanical came out the next day at no charge and cleaned the vent again. It's worked great ever since then. Our clothes dry in no time. They were punctual and professional. We couldn't be happier."

"Overall, it went well. This project involved not only the sump pump drains, but also improvements to downspouts drainage and adding a drain to an area of our backyard where water runs off a hill. It involved removing rocks from a landscaped dry creek drainage area and placing a large drain pipe to handle the volume of water from both the sump pump and the hillside. When I advised them that the end of the drainage pipe at the street was not placed in the best location, the owner of the company came out and found a good solution and the staff corrected the problem very promptly. The owner assured me he would make sure we were completely satisfied with their work, and he made sure that happened.
Prior to the project beginning, the owner offered to meet with our next door neighbor to discuss what they would be doing, since the work was at the border of our yards and slightly impacted his yard..
We have used this company a number of times in the past couple of years and are satisfied with their performance. We will continue to use them in the future.

"This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. His estimates offered multiple choices with the differences clearly explained. Comfort Zone replaced the first unit shortly after his initial visit. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. I love that the person who gave me the estimate is the same as the person who performed the work. You can tell Andrew is very proud of the work he does. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. I'd highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone, just as a friend I trust had recommended them to me."

"Every contact and employee of this company showed exceptional professionalism. Sales Rep. Nick was on appointments ahead of time with a heads up call as he was on his way. He made decisions immediately, that was the most important item. His confidence and manors let the customer be very comfortable feeling he was there to solve the problem. When an alternative Lennox combination was needed for location, we talked with Lennox direct on the speakerphone. He was not done until ALL answers and commitments were WERE UNDERSTOOD. They constructed payment timing to start install for heat and simple payment on completion. The installers were great guys and I felt VERY SAFE with them having open access to my home during replacement. A manager arrived upon completion and check the complete job offering any help I might need. We went over every detail on the ipad style new digital Wi-Fi I-Comfort Thermostat. I REALLY knew how to use it when they left! Lenox Rebates & LG&E Rebates made the final price very attractive as Nick educated me on each available Rebate. I know I have a VERY PROFESSIONAL TEAM to support me after the sale. “They are not done until I’m completely satisfied!” .......... Well Done."
