"From the beginning, they educated me on which components would be best suited for our family room and did not oversell me to try and make more money. They kept me informed when all of the components would be in as the manufacturers were delayed due to Covid and other manufacturing challenges during the pandemic. Once all the parts were in, they scheduled a time to do the installation and performed it professionally. I will be hiring them again for when we install a theatre sound system in our basement. "I called to schedule a 1-hour in-home computer tune-up.  The person I spoke with seemed very professional and we made an appointment for 3:30 pm the next Friday.  ON the day of the appointment, my husband got a call at 9 am from someone who said he was coming to our house and was going to late.  The guy calling had trouble explaining who he was, but my husband figured out eventually that he was coming from Geek Choice and that he thought the appointment was at 9 am.  My husband explained that I wasn't home and that the appointment was actually scheduled for 3:30 pm.  The technician was pretty upset - despite the fact that he was half an hour away from our house at that time.  But he did agree to come at 3:30 pm.
At 3:50 pm, no sign of him.  I called to see what was going on.  He didn't apologize, just said he was caught in traffic -- that Friday afternoons are a bad time to be on the highway.  At the time, he was so far away that even without  traffic it would have taken him 30 minutes to get to our house.  I said we would need to reschedule and he seemed shocked.  I decided that with that level of customer service, I would just find someone else.

"I had a local top shelf home theater company that had done work installing original TV and equipment. I needed a new Blue Ray and routers or modems, I forget. They came in and installed for $1500. They could not get TV internet to pull up Netflix and Amazon etc.  After an hour of trying to figure out the problem, the tech tells me that I have to get my Internet provider to put in another piece of equipment and this would cost a lot. Bryan had done some work on my computer; I knew he was now into TV installation and I called him. Bryan talked to the tech over the phone and after an argument, the tech took Bryan's advice and exchanged the upstairs piece of equipment with the downstairs. Tech had them mixed up. Voila. Bryan then came over and hung the bigger TV after I refused to let home theater company techs do any more in my house. Too expensive and not brilliant.

Bryan is bright, informed, explains this equipment to someone who is getting lost in new technology.  He is a perfectionist.  Equipment is hung straight and clean and it looks so good.

Bryan was also named one of Home Advisor's top companies last month.  He works hard.  He is trustable.  He does not feed me a lot of nonsense, which is becoming common in customer service these days."
