"The manager takes time to explain the problems and the resolution. He trains his staff well. The staff is knowledgeable. The staff knew Tappan was made by Frigidaire. They explained how the burners were set up and how each burner/coil, self-clean and oven features operate. Mr. Appliance has excellent customer service. I had an appointment scheduled 2 days after I called the manager. His staff diagnosed and then when the part came in it was installed. The process took about 10 days from my call to the work being completed. I have used the repaired burner and my meal turned out perfect. The price I paid was fair. "I was pleasantly surprised when Paul and his associate provided me with much needed same day service on a Sunday right before a holiday. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very friendly. He did not cut any corners and provided top quality service to the point of thoroughly inspecting my appliance and ridding it of any safety hazards (excess lint, etc...). "I woke up Friday morning to a sweltering house, a result definitely of two consecutive 100+ degree days. I realized my AC wasn't blowing cold air, so I called a highly rated on Angie's List competitor. They informed me that it was likely a frozen coil, and I would need to keep my AC off for 8 hours before they could look at it. 
When I got home from work and turned it back on, the outside fan would not spin, and no cold air was coming out, so I called them back. They said they could send someone out that night, but it was at $150 an hour, plus parts, which was just too much.
I called all of the A rated companies and the only one that didn't charge extra and could come out on Saturday was Climatech, so I gave it a shot. Best decision I've made in a while. Jeff called Saturday morning to make sure I was still with power, as a storm had knocked out a lot of power in the city. Since I did, he was able to come out early. He was courteous, professional and did a great job fixing my A/C. I appreciated he didn't try to sell me a new one, instead, he fixed it cheaply and told me that I had a good system that just blew a capacitor and I would be ok. All in all, fixed in less than a day for $170 bucks including parts. I would use Climatech again any time I had HVAC needs."

"I logged a call and within 24 hours a service technician responded. They repaired my appliances (microwave and dishwasher) very well to our satisfaction. Note you have to pay a copay of $45 for the service call. The rest of the expenses is paid by Choice warranty if it is within the coverage plan."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
