"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"The manager takes time to explain the problems and the resolution. He trains his staff well. The staff is knowledgeable. The staff knew Tappan was made by Frigidaire. They explained how the burners were set up and how each burner/coil, self-clean and oven features operate. Mr. Appliance has excellent customer service. I had an appointment scheduled 2 days after I called the manager. His staff diagnosed and then when the part came in it was installed. The process took about 10 days from my call to the work being completed. I have used the repaired burner and my meal turned out perfect. The price I paid was fair. "I was pleasantly surprised when Paul and his associate provided me with much needed same day service on a Sunday right before a holiday. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very friendly. He did not cut any corners and provided top quality service to the point of thoroughly inspecting my appliance and ridding it of any safety hazards (excess lint, etc...). He even helped with troubleshooting some dryer vent concerns I had. I was truly impressed with his work ethic and genuine concern for the customer. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
